2. Age Requirement and Eligibility

3.3 Account Limitations

You may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts or attempts to circumvent account restrictions will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of any associated prizes.

4. Contest Rules and Gameplay

4.1 Contest Entry

By entering a contest, you agree to abide by the specific rules of that contest, including lineup requirements, scoring systems, and prize structures. Contest rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4.2 Lineup Submission

You are responsible for submitting valid lineups before the contest lock time. Once a contest locks, lineups cannot be modified. We are not responsible for technical issues that prevent lineup submission.

4.3 Scoring and Results

Fantasy points are calculated based on official NBA statistics. In the event of statistical corrections by the NBA, we reserve the right to adjust fantasy scores and contest results accordingly.

4.4 Cancellations and Postponements

If NBA games are postponed, cancelled, or suspended, specific contest rules will determine how affected lineups are scored. Contests may be cancelled, and entries refunded in certain circumstances.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to create lineups or enter contests
  • Collude with other users or engage in any form of collusion
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform
  • Use insider information not available to the general public
  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff
  • Attempt to manipulate contest outcomes
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code
  • Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
  • Share or sell account access

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.

6. Prizes and Payouts

6.1 Prize Distribution

Prizes are awarded according to the specific contest rules. Prize amounts are clearly displayed before contest entry. We reserve the right to verify contest results before distributing prizes.

6.2 Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on prizes. We may be required to report prize winnings to tax authorities. Winners may need to provide additional information for tax reporting purposes.

6.3 Disputes

All contest results are final once officially declared. Disputes must be submitted within 72 hours of contest completion. We reserve the right to make final determinations on all disputes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all content, features, and functionality are owned by SunnyTrophyLadder and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

  • Modifying or copying Platform materials
  • Using materials for commercial purposes
  • Attempting to reverse engineer the Platform
  • Removing copyright or proprietary notices

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.3 Limitation of Liability
